Here's your chance to get answers directly from the Connecticut Department of Banking.

Richard Cortes will be speaking directly about the Mortgage Call Report as well as  how to handle your Financial Condition Reports, including balance sheets and income statements.

 

This event should be attended by Owners, Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, Administrative Managers and anyone who may be responsible for filing your company's quarterly and annual mortgage call reports. 

 

Richard Cortes has worked at the Connecticut Department of Banking for 24 years. He spent 19 years regulating depository institutions and trust operations where he specialized in residential and commercial credit analysis, evaluation of allowances for loan loss, and the evaluation of fiduciary and investment risk. Mr. Cortes currently oversees the mortgage licensing and examination functions for the State of Connecticut. He also chairs the NMLS MCR Workgroup, assists in Multistate Mortgage Committee examinations, conducts examiner training at CSBS/AARMR Schools, and assists CSBS in developing online training programs.
